Premiere Internship Program
Premiere Stages offers internships for college students and recent graduates who have an interest in pursuing a career in theatre. Former interns have gone on to graduate programs and professional theatre careers. Many interns have also subsequently been hired to work at Premiere.
Premiere Stages is committed to supporting a diverse group of emerging artists; people of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Summer Internships
During the summer, Premiere Stages offers 8-9 full-time internships. These internships are for individuals who desire experience in the real world, and are willing to fully commit their time and energy to the program.
Semester Internships
During the academic year, Premiere offers 1-2 part-time Literary/Arts Administration internships for Kean students.
Directing Apprenticeship
During the Fall semester, Premiere offers 1 Directing Apprenticeship to work alongside the Director of Premiere’s Fall production.
