Liberty Live Commission

Certain Aspects of Conflict in the Negro Family by Tylie Shider is the winner of the 2021/22 Liberty Live Commission. We will be accepting proposals for the 2023/24 Liberty Live Commission in Fall 2022.

NJPAC Stage Exchange

Premiere Stages partners with the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) to support the NJPAC Stage Exchange, a program connecting New Jersey writers to theaters in their state for the creation of original dramatic work. Premiere Stages’ Stage Exchange 2018 commission was Brick City by Nicole Pandolfo, which explored the choices two teenagers face at an underfunded public high school in Newark.
